Insights / Client Results
Evidence over adjectives.
We’d rather show the work than describe ourselves. Client Results document real engagements in a consistent structure (the condition a client faced, the action we took, and the outcome), and each one is published only after it clears our evidence standard.
How we document a result.
Every Client Result follows the same structure, so you can judge relevance quickly and compare like with like.
A three-step flow. Step one, Condition: the situation the organization faced, namely the obligation, decision, or coordination gap that prompted the work. Step two, Action: what Semper Sec did, including the service lines engaged and how the program was designed, implemented, or operated. Step three, Outcome: what changed for the business, described in terms the client has reviewed and approved for publication.
- ConditionThe obligation, decision, or coordination gap that prompted the work.
- ActionThe service lines engaged and how the program was designed, implemented, or operated.
- OutcomeWhat changed for the business, reviewed and approved by the client.
Our evidence standard.
We do not publish clients, logos, metrics, or quotes we cannot stand behind. A Client Result appears here only when the client has approved the account for publication and the outcomes described are ones we can substantiate. Where an engagement is confidential, we keep it confidential. The absence of a public story is not the absence of work.
Cleared stories.
These engagements are published with client approval. Each one follows the same condition, action, outcome structure so you can judge relevance quickly. If you would like to discuss whether our experience fits your situation, including references handled privately under NDA, talk with a senior advisor.

ISN · Supply Chain Risk Management
ISN: an ISO 27001 program aligned to the business, certified in eight months.
An ISO 9001-certified enterprise integrated ISO 27001 with the existing quality program, on time and in budget, and ended the engagement running the ISMS themselves.
Crelate · Talent Management SaaS
Crelate: ISO 27001 in six months, no new headcount.
A 50-person SaaS certified in six months instead of the one-to-two years quoted elsewhere, cut inbound security questionnaires by roughly 25%, and did it during a data center migration.
Start with the program, not the framework.
